All items are final sale. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Customs & Imports Taxes (International Shipping)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Q: Do I need to provide my own item to be bedazzled? A: All products on the website you do not have to provide the item. We will purchase the item and customize it like the photos. Item and Service is included in the price. All you need to do is add to your cart and checkout and we take it from there.

    Q: Can I provide my own personal item to be bedazzled? A: Absolutely! Please send us a message using the contact link and we will provide you a price estimate and shipping address to ship your item to us!

    Q: How long will my bling item last? A: All of our items are well made and long lasting. It really depends on the person and how your bling item is handled. Like any bling object, it is possible for stones to fall off with heavy handling or over time. We provide extra stones in each package in case there is an accident.

    Q: What happens if a crystal falls off? A: If by chance rhinestones have fallen off within 7 days of receiving, you may send the item back to be fixed and the shipping cost will be reimbursed.

    Q: I don't see what I'm looking for on the website? A: Please feel free to reach out with all custom order request, we love to create new things!

    Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered after placing order? A: About 95% of all of our products are made to order. Turnaround time varies per item. Turnaround can take anywhere from 3 business days through 6 weeks during busy periods. International shipping times may be longer due to postal transit time. Please be sure to read shipping details prior to placing order.

    Q: I need my order sooner than the turnaround time, what do I do? A: We do offer expedited orders. A minimum of $50 will be added to the order total. Any additional cost will be discussed prior to placing order. Please send us a message prior to placing order to see if we are able to accommodate request.
